Activating Your Earth Star Chakra

This exercise can be done on its own, or as part of your daily / weekly / monthly Ascended Chakra connection.

As with any exercise, it is important to ‘warm up’ and ‘cool down’, and as such, please do not skip the opening (warm up) or the closing & bubble of protection (cool down) sections.

Opening

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Breathe in, and bring your palms to your chest
  • Breathe out slowly
  • Take two further deep breaths in and out still with palms on your chest
  • Breath in, and as you breath out

Earth Star Chakra Connection Exercise

  • Lift your palms off your chest slightly, and sweep palms downwards to your Earth Star Chakra
  • Imagine your Earth Star Chakra as a spinning disc of black and white.
  • Connect with the energy of your Earth Star Chakra
  • Breathe in
  • Breathe out – sweep left palm out to begin clearing debris
  • Bring palm back to centre as you breathe in
  • Breathe out as you sweep right palm out
  • Breathe in and bring right palm back to centre
  • Repeat once more each with left and right palm
  • As you bring your right palm back in, hold
  • Take one long breathe out, in, out
  • Sweep both palms out, imagine that the final pieces of debris are being cleared from this Chakra, breathing out as you do
  • Breathe in and bring both hands back to the centre
  • With palms facing the ground, imagine now that you are standing in your personal garden of potential.
  • See your garden green and thriving
  • Take time to water and nurture your garden
  • Feel connected and grounded with the Earth
  • Know that you already are your true highest self
  • When you are ready, breathe in, breathe out and bring your palms to your chest
  • Breathe in, out, in,
  • Breathe out, and sweep out and up until your palms face the sky
  • Breathe in Hold, imagining you are holding black and white light in your palms
  • Now as you breathe out sweep this light down each side until your palms face the ground again
  • Breathe in, out
  • As you breathe in, bring your palms to your chest and hold, breathing normally
  • When you are ready, breath in, and as you breath out

Closing & Bubble of Protection

  • Sweep your palms upwards towards the sky
  • Breathe in
  • As you breathe out, visualise drawing a bubble of protection around you and sweep your palms down your sides until they face the ground
  • As you breathe in, sweep your palms up inwards until they are facing the sky
  • Breathe out, bringing your palms down to your chest and hold, breathing normally
  • Repeat, but this time as you visualise your bubble, imagine that no energies can enter your bubble without your absolute permission
  • Repeat for a 3rd time, but this time as you visualise drawing your bubble imagine that any energy you project outwards, whether words, thoughts or feelings, which is not aligned with your highest self, or for the highest good of all will:
    • Be contained within your bubble
    • Change into energy that is for your highest good and for the highest good of all as it reaches your bubble’s edge
    • Bounce this new energy of light back into you so that you can become realigned with your highest self
  • Repeat drawing your bubble of protection for a fourth and final time, and as you hold your palms to your chest, feel the sense of love, protection and empowerment held within in your bubble.
  • Breathe in, breathe out
  • Breathe in, and breath out for a final time with a great big smile.
