First things first, let’s define vibrational frequency.
Vibration – when something constantly moves back and forth.
Frequency – is the rate in which something constantly moves back and forth.
Atomic at Heart
Now let’s begin to talk about your energic body.
Everyone and everything from the tiniest of plants, to the largest of planets, all are made up of atoms.
Atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons.
Proton’s
A proton is a constantly moving tiny little particle that has a positive electrical charge.
Because protons are constantly moving, protons vibrate. The rate in which protons vibrate, is its vibrational frequency.
Neutron’s
A neutron is a constantly moving tiny little particle that has a neutral electrical charge.
Because neutrons are constantly moving, neutrons vibrate. The rate in which neutrons vibrate, is its vibrational frequency.
Electron’s
An electron is a constantly moving tiny little particle with a negative charge.
Because electrons are constantly moving, electrons vibrate, and you guessed it, the rate in which electrons vibrate, is it’s vibrational frequency.
Building An Atom
These restless protons and neutrons come together and form a little ball of moving energy of their own, which is called the nucleus, or, centre of the atom.
Zipping around this nucleus, is the electron, completing the atom, which is now a buzzing little ball of vibrating energy – on a miniscule level!
Just picture it for a moment, you, as well as everything in the universe, is made up of billions and billions of tiny atoms, all buzzing around at different speeds.
On the subject of speed, when an atom vibrates slowly, it is said to be in a low vibrational state.
On the opposite side of the coin, when an atom vibrates very quickly, it is in a high vibrational state.
The Five Parts of You
So that’s the breakdown of an atom, let’s now break down the elements that make up the whole holistic you.
You are made up of 5 different aspects, or ‘selves’.
Physical, mental, emotional, ego and heart.
Physical self – your physical body.
Mental self – your thoughts
Emotional self – your emotions
Ego Self – also known as your inner critic, sometimes is your inauthentic self.
Heart Self – also known as your inner cheerleader, or authentic self.

Building You
Now, these aspects aren’t just randomly floating around.
Believe it or not, you actually have a column of light which runs from above your head, all the way down the centre of your body and out beneath your feet.
Along this column of light are discs of spinning energy, which are your Chakra points.
Because each Chakra point is in a constant moving state, each has it’s own vibrational frequency.
The faster a Chakra point spins, the higher it’s vibrational frequency.
The slower a Chakra point spins, the lower it’s vibrational frequency.
Your ‘5 selves’; and your Chakra points have a completely symbiotic relationship.
If any or all of your Chakra points have a low vibrational frequency, that in turn will have an affect on all 5 of your aspects.
Equally, if any or all of your 5 aspects are in a state of imbalance, this too will have a detrimental effect on some or all of your Chakra points.
Getting to the Root of It
Let’s take your Root Chakra as an example.
If your Root Chakra is in a lower vibrational state, you may feel fearful, anxious, ungrounded.
When your Root Chakra is in a higher vibrational state, the opposite will be true.
If you consciously feed into your fear, anxiety, and lack of solid foundation, then this will lower the vibrational frequency of your Root Chakra.
Equally, when you consciously have strategies in place to overcome your fear, settle your anxiety, and become a balanced, grounded being, then you help to consciously raise the vibrational frequency of your Root Chakra.
In other words, you help to Raise the Vibe of your Root Chakra!
Holistic Vibes
Raising the vibe of one Chakra point is great, but remember, all Chakra points work in conjunction with your 5 selves as well as all other Chakra points in your light body.
When one aspect is out of alignment, all aspects can become out of alignment.
You can’t just focus on one part, you have to balance the whole.
