Before I start bouncing around words like Chakra, Aura and Vibrational Frequencies, I thought it best to start from the very beginning.
For those of you already in the know, this will just be a reminder of just how spectacular your body, and light body is.
For those who are new, hold onto your hats as things are about to get wild!
Right out of the starting gate, allow me to let you in on a little secret.
You see, you’ve been going about your day to day business thinking that you’re just an ‘ordinary human’ in an ‘ordinary body’.
When in fact, nothing could be further from the truth!
The reality is that you are a spiritual being who has just so happens to be living in a physical body.
This physical body is just the vessel which allows you to have the ‘human experience’.
Inside and surrounding this vessel is your light body – the real you.
Let me take things a little deeper.
First things first, let’s do a dictionary style definition of raising your vibrational frequency.
Raising – to lift, move or increase to a higher level or speed
Vibration – when something constantly moves back and forth.
Frequency – is the rate in which something constantly moves back and forth.
When we talking about raising your vibrational frequency, what we’re really talking about is from your energetic perspective.
Let’s take a step back and you’ll see what I mean!
I think it’s pretty well established that everything and everyone in this wonderful Universe is built from these little things called atoms.
From rocks to rockets, plants to planets, worms to worm holes – are all fundamentally made from atoms
Each of these atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons, which are all moving back and forth in constant motion.
Proton’s
A proton is a constantly moving tiny little particle that has a positive electrical charge.
Because protons are constantly moving, protons vibrate.
The rate in which protons vibrate, is its vibrational frequency.
Neutron’s
A neutron is a constantly moving tiny little particle that has a neutral electrical charge.
Because neutrons are constantly moving, neutrons vibrate.
The rate in which neutrons vibrate, is its vibrational frequency.
Electron’s
An electron is a constantly moving tiny little particle with a negative charge.
Because electrons are constantly moving, electrons vibrate, and you guessed it, the rate in which electrons vibrate, is its vibrational frequency.
These vibrating protons and neutrons come together and form a little ball of moving energy of their own, which is called the nucleus, or, centre of the atom.
Zipping around this nucleus, is the electron, completing the atom, which is now a buzzing little ball of vibrating energy – on a miniscule level!
Just picture it for a moment, you, as well as everything in the universe, is made up of billions and billions of these tiny atoms, all buzzing around and vibrating at different speeds.
As these atoms vibrate, they also pass their vibration onto the plants, trees, animals, humans, planets and solar systems that are made from these very atoms!
The universe, and everything in it is essentially one collective mass of vibrating energy.
But that’s not the whole story.
You see, if you could actually see these atoms moving back and forth, you would notice that all these atoms will be moving at different speeds.
As we know, frequency is defined as the rate in which something constantly moves back and forth.
So if an atom is vibrating (i.e moving back and forth) really quickly, then the rate, or the frequency, of that movement is high.
It would be in a high vibrational state, or rather have a high vibrational frequency.
High meaning fast
Vibrational meaning moving
Frequency meaning rate.
Likewise if an atom is vibrating more slowly, then the rate, or frequency of that movement is low.
It would be in a low vibrational state, or rather have a low vibrational frequency.
- Low – slow
- Vibrational – moving
- Frequency – rate
As previously mentioned, you are a spiritual being using your physical body to have a human experience.
Think of your light body, much like a tree.
At your base, your roots expand deep into the Earth.
As you rise up, you have a solid trunk, or core.
As you continue to rise up, your branches stretch out and upwards high into the sky.
Your light body has a pillar of light which runs from above your head, all the way down the centre of your body (or your core) and out beneath your feet (your roots).
Along the centre of this pillar of light are several spinning discs of energy, each responsible for an aspect of your overall human experience.
These spinning discs are your Chakra points.
Because each Chakra point is in a constant moving state, each Chakra has its own vibrational frequency.
The faster a Chakra point spins, the higher it’s vibrational frequency.
The slower a Chakra point spins, the lower it’s vibrational frequency.
As each Chakra disc spins, it creates and feeds into an energetic light field which surrounds your physical body.
This energetic field is called your Aura.
If any or all of your Chakra points lower in vibrational frequency, that in turn will have an effect on the overall health and vibrational frequency of your Aura.
Let’s take your Root Chakra as an example.
If your Root Chakra is in a lower vibrational state, you may feel fearful, anxious, ungrounded.
If you consciously feed into your fear, anxiety, and lack of solid foundation, then this will lower the vibrational frequency of both your Root Chakra and your Aura as a whole.
However, when you consciously have strategies in place to overcome your fear, settle your anxiety, and become a balanced, grounded being, then you help to consciously raise the vibrational frequency of your Root Chakra and subsequently your Aura as well.
